From the great mountains of the Sunshine Coast to the prairies of Camrose, AB. For the last 4 months, our team has been working hard in constructing multiple networks in the lovely region of Gibsons and Sechelt, B.C. We have participated in the largest deployment of ressources for the new FTTH platform being offered to the population of this region. After completion of these networks, we are moving the team back to the Camrose, AB region. We started working in Camrose around August/September of last year. Our client was then preparing the “backbone” of their networks. They are now ready to deploy these new circuits by the end of April, 2014. It will be a good challenge for us to get into the reality of the Canadian winter!!!.. Enough of the eternal Spring of the Sunshine Coast. We are going back to the roots of our humble beginnings in western Canada. The GO! Team…

From North to South… Calgary, Red Deer, Black Falds, Edmonton, Salve Lake and Cold Lake AB. We cover the distance! As you may know, Telus is deploying large quantities of efforts to construct their new FTTH infrastructures across Alberta. We are adjusting to this demand, sometimes allowing multiple kilometers to separate one location to the next. We frequnetly cover several locations in a single week. All these efforts will combine 2 basic needs for our client; quick delivery of projects (on time!) and complete satisfaction. New sub-divisions are in construction phase in several communities, in Alberta. Our implication in these phases will facilitate our integration in the new year for larger deployments. We are looking to bring on-board multiple talents to help us achieve our goals. From Field operations to Engineering, we shall cover key aspects of these projects to ensure their prompt delivery. More to come in the following weeks. The GO! Team…!

Patience at it’s best… When we say that good things come to those who wait… Well it’s true! We just finished our 3rd run in lovely Alberta and so many things happened in short period of time. It went from not knowing if we had enough work for the whole team, to “OMG” where will we find the ressources to fulfill our client’s deadlines. We are impressed the way that our client took control of the processes that we’re problematic and tried (…with success…) to overcome the shortage in materials and answers to push forward the projects already late. Ledcor is still adjusting to this new mean of distribution. But it looks very promissing for the next coming year!… The whole team of QA’s had a very rough time to get the equipments to sites and finishing the first phases necessary to bring in the splicers and complete the jobs. We are focusing on a new pattern that we are trying to put in place that will allow us to have control over all the steps that we are implicated in. Thus making this process more fluid and problems free. Let’s walk before we run, shall we!… Yours truly, Continue Reading
